I feel like I failed my dog.

Common Questions

Common questions.

Because consistency is the variable that breaks everything else — weekly lessons put you in the trainer’s role for the other 167 hours, and when life happens, the reinforcement doesn’t. For 21 days your dog lives in an environment built for behavioral change, with training woven into every hour rather than scheduled into a session. By the end the behavior isn’t something they perform on cue; it’s habit.
That’s what the lifetime support is for. You come back — unlimited one-on-one follow-ups, no expiration date, no additional program fee. This is not a refund policy; it’s a commitment to the outcome, not just the 21 days.
That depends on the handover as much as the training, which is why the handover is part of the program. You get daily photo and video updates while your dog is with us, then a hands-on pickup session covering every command, every scenario, and the maintenance plan. And if it drifts later, the lifetime support is there.
Your trainer sends videos and step-by-step instructions during week three, so you’re prepared before pickup day. Pickup itself is a hands-on session — we walk you through every command, every tool, and every situation you’re likely to hit in the first month at home.
You will see inside it either way — daily photo and video updates run the whole 21 days, and pickup day is on-site and hands-on. If you’d like to see the space before you decide, ask on your consultation call and we’ll tell you what’s possible at the Denver or Longmont academy.
In most cases we can change it substantially — aggression is a behavioral pattern with identifiable drivers, not a fixed personality, and how much change is achievable depends on the history, severity, and type. Even serious cases, including bite histories and dogs that have failed other programs, can reach a safe, reliable, livable baseline. What we won’t do is promise an outcome before assessing your dog; aggression work is honest work or it isn’t worth doing.
